On the morning of December 12, the working delegation of the Military Region 5 Command led by Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai - Commander of the Military Region visited, inspected and encouraged the forces performing the task of building houses for people affected by floods in Dak Lak province.
Accompanying him was Colonel Dinh Van Hung - Political Commissar of the Dak Lak Provincial Military Command. The activity was deployed within the framework of the "Quang Trung Thuong Thup Campaign".
In Thach Tuan 2 village, Hoa Xuan commune, Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai visited and encouraged Mr. Tran Huu Cuong's household. Mr. Cuong's house was constructed by the 682nd Coastal missile Brigade, Naval Region 4 Command.

Mr. Bui Xuan Hien's household was built by Brigade 572, Military Region 5. Ms. Vo Thi Sieng's household in Phu Luong quarter, Dong Hoa ward was directly built by the Military Region Staff. These are all families with difficult circumstances, whose houses were completely collapsed after natural disasters.
Visiting the families, Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai - Commander of Military Region 5 expressed his sympathy for the losses that the people have suffered. At the same time, encourage households to quickly overcome difficulties and feel secure in production as new houses are being urgently built by the army every day.
The narrow traffic terrain makes it difficult for soldiers to transport construction materials, along with erratic weather. However, the units have proactively overcome the problem with many measures, maintaining progress and ensuring construction quality.
Up to now, most of the construction sites have completed the foundation and are moving to the next items according to the design requirements.
Lieutenant General Le Ngoc Hai emphasized: Up to now, units of the Military Region as well as units under the Ministry have simultaneously implemented construction. Some houses have been poured with floating cars according to storm prevention and control standards. The Armed Forces of the Military Region strive to complete at least 50% of the number of houses assigned by the local government by January 15, ensuring that people have houses as soon as possible.
