On April 10, at Muong Long 2 Primary School (Xa Lay village, Muong Long commune, Nghe An province), Hoang Gia Phat Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company in coordination with the Nghe An Provincial Catholic Solidarity Committee, the Traffic Police Department of Nghe An Provincial Police, the Nghe An Provincial Association of People with Disabilities and the school organized the program "Muong Long Stone - One Stone, One Playground".
The program attracted a large number of students to participate with experiential activities such as painting on stone, team games and giao lưu. The highlight is the content of traffic order and safety propaganda directly implemented by officers and soldiers of Team 2, Traffic Police Department.
Traffic police officers chose visual and interactive guidance instead of theoretical communication. Propaganda content focused on helmet wearing skills according to regulations; recognizing basic rules when participating in traffic; safe walking skills. The content was flexibly integrated into experiential activities, helping students easily absorb.
A school teacher said that the close and lively communication method has created excitement for students, helping them better remember traffic safety regulations.

According to a representative of the organizing committee, the idea of the program originated from reality when traffic police forces in the process of working in the area noticed that students often play with readily available materials such as stones and empty yards. From there, an experience model suitable for local conditions was formed.
Not only stopping at experiential activities, the completed stones are used to contribute to building playgrounds for students. Part of the school grounds has been renovated and supplemented with basic items to serve living and playing needs.
The "Muong Long Stone" program belongs to the "Phu Sa - Reo Cao - Confidence Grain" series of activities, aimed at mobilizing social resources to support education and the community in the highlands.
After two deployment points with about 280 students participating, the model initially showed effectiveness in combining skills education, community activities and legal propaganda. The direct participation of the Traffic Police force also contributes to building a close and friendly image of the Police force in remote and isolated areas.
