Functional forces strengthen inspection and handling of violations, contributing to stabilizing the market and protecting consumer rights.
Medical work is ensured; medical examination and treatment facilities maintain 24/24 hour duty; no food poisoning incidents occurred. Political security and social order and safety are maintained; traffic is basically smooth; fire prevention and fighting work is strengthened; electricity, water, and communication are stable.
Speaking to wish Tet and assign tasks at the beginning of the year, Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son emphasized that 2026 is forecast to be full of difficulties and challenges, especially the pressure of double-digit economic growth.
Mr. Pham Hoang Son requested that immediately after the meeting, all officials, civil servants, and public employees focus highly and immediately start working; strictly implement Directive No. 03 of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on rectifying working styles and improving work efficiency; tighten discipline and administrative order.
Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested to focus on synchronously deploying key tasks: Prepare good conditions to serve the election of National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels; promote site clearance, especially traffic infrastructure projects, industrial parks and clusters; improve the efficiency of disbursement of public investment capital; increase budget revenue, not be subjective to the results achieved in the first month of the year; proactively compensate for the period of production interrupted due to the Tet holiday.
Along with that, continue to strongly improve the investment and business environment with specific and practical actions; promptly remove difficulties and obstacles for businesses and people; improve the quality of advice and service, maintain the leading position in service quality at the Public Administration Center and public service centers.
Chairman of Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee requested each official and civil servant to promote the spirit of "say less, do more", act decisively, clearly define people, clearly define tasks, clearly define responsibilities; prioritize common tasks, ensure that people celebrate Spring and celebrate Tet safely and healthily, and at the same time focus on successfully completing the goals and tasks of 2026.
