On the morning of February 22nd (ie, the 6th day of the Binh Ngo Tet), Mr. Nguyen Hong Thai, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, attended the launching ceremony of "Tet of planting trees, forever remembering Uncle Ho" Binh Ngo Spring 2026 at Uncle Ho Temple - Van Mieu Park (Kinh Bac ward and Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh province).
During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh advised: "Spring is the Tet of planting trees, making the country more and more spring". His teachings have become a guiding principle for the movement of planting trees and forests throughout the country for many years.
Tet tree planting is not only an environmental protection activity but also a cultural beauty, showing the spirit of responsibility of each citizen towards nature and the sustainable development future of the homeland and country.
Implementing the policy of the Provincial Party Committee and Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee on launching a movement to plant trees and forests associated with green urban development, Kinh Bac ward has proactively coordinated with Vo Cuong ward to organize the Launching Ceremony of "Tet of planting trees forever remembering Uncle Ho" Binh Ngo Spring 2026 at Uncle Ho Temple - Van Mieu Park, a place of special political, historical and cultural significance for Bac Ninh province.
This is a project under construction with a scale of about 4.7 hectares.
The project expresses the gratitude and respect of the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh for President Ho Chi Minh. At the same time, it is a vivid symbol contributing to educating patriotism, the spirit of great unity and the will to rise up of the heroic and civilized homeland of Bac Ninh.
With the spirit of "Everyone plants trees, every household plants trees, planting trees is good for trees", leaders of Kinh Bac ward and Vo Cuong ward requested all officials, party members and people of all strata in the area to actively respond to the Tree Planting Tet with all spirit and sense of responsibility in the movement to plant new trees, care for and protect green trees, contributing to reducing climate change and building the homeland landscape to be increasingly green - clean - beautiful.
Immediately after the Launching Ceremony, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai and delegates planted trees in the campus of Ho Chi Minh Temple - Van Mieu Park.
Also on the same morning, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong attended the Tet tree planting launching ceremony in Bac Giang ward.
