Implementing the plan of An Giang Provincial Police on the peak period of issuing ID cards and electronic identification accounts to organizations and individuals in the province in 2026, Giang Thanh Commune Police has deployed the issuance of mobile level 2 ID cards and electronic identification accounts to ethnic minorities, the elderly and people in difficult circumstances in the area, according to the An Giang Provincial Police e-Portal.

With the spirit of "Serving the People", Giang Thanh commune police officers directly go to residential areas to guide people to implement the steps of collecting biometric information, taking photos, taking fingerprints, completing ID card applications and registering for level 2 electronic identification accounts.

For the elderly, people with disabilities or those who have difficulty traveling, the police force supports from receiving dossiers, guiding the implementation of procedures to completing dossiers, helping people to be issued ID cards and activate electronic identification accounts quickly and conveniently.
