On 3.4, at the National Historical Site of the Security Committee of IX and Kenh 7 Prison (Kien Giang Province), the Prison Prison Police Department, compulsory educational institutions, reformatory schools (Department C10) - Ministry of Public Security organized political activities and social activities in 2025.
At the National Historical Site of the IX Security Department, the delegation held a ceremony to offer flowers, incense incense to commemorate and grateful to the heroic martyrs who sacrificed for the independence and freedom of the nation. Thereby contributing to the revolutionary tradition, arousing the pride and encouraging cadres, soldiers, union members and members to continue promoting the tradition of the prison management force, compulsory educational institutions, reformatory schools, determined to successfully complete the assigned political tasks.

Speaking at the ceremony, Lieutenant General Tran Van Thien, Director of C10 Department, Ministry of Public Security, emphasized: "This is an opportunity for each cadre and soldier to review the heroic tradition of the People's Public Security Forces, and express their deep gratitude to the sacrifices of the previous generations. national security, maintain social order and safety and serve the people ".
The delegation also organized many meaningful activities, such as: visiting and giving gifts to the two Vietnamese Heroic Mothers (currently serving at the 7th Canal Prison), giving 40 gifts to policy families and poor households, 20 bicycles to students in difficult circumstances, and improving their studies in An Bien and U Minh Thuong districts.
On this occasion, the Party Committee of Department C10 supported funding to eliminate temporary and dilapidated houses for 12 families of officers and soldiers with housing difficulties working in units in Cluster 12 (including Canal 7 Prison, Canal 5 Prison, Dinh Thanh Prison, Cai Tau Prison and Con Cat Compulsory Education Facility), each family 60 million VND. In addition, the delegation also presented 20 gifts to officers and soldiers in difficult circumstances and 5 gifts to officers and soldiers' children with serious illnesses.
Lieutenant General Tran Van Thien, Director of Department C10, emphasized: Social activities of gratitude not only demonstrate the responsibility of the People's Public Security force towards the community but are also an opportunity to show gratitude for the sacrifices and contributions of previous generations. The Director of Department C10 believes that these activities will continue to motivate policy families, students in difficult circumstances and officers and soldiers who are working day and night to contribute to the peace of the people.

In the coming time, Department C10 will continue to promote social security activities, contributing with local authorities to take care of people's lives, especially those in difficult circumstances.
