Ha Hoa commune was established on the basis of arranging the entire natural area and population size of Ha Hoa town and Minh Hac, Am Ha, Gia Dien communes of former Ha Hoa district, Phu Tho province.
This is a large commune-level administrative unit located in the North of the new Phu Tho province, with the center being the former Ha Hoa town area.
The project to upgrade and renovate the technical infrastructure system in the central area of the commune and connect areas in Ha Hoa commune was approved by the People's Committee of this commune according to Decision No. 212/QD-UBND dated March 26, 2026.
This is a project belonging to Group C, with a total investment of nearly 160 billion VND; Ha Hoa Commune Public Service Center is assigned as the Investor.
According to Lao Dong's source, on May 29, the project investor issued a bidding invitation notice for Package No. 07: Construction of works (phase 1).
Package No. 07 was widely bid through the network, with a price of nearly 77 billion VND from the state budget and other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after the above-mentioned construction package completes the contractor selection work, the winning bidder will construct many works and items in Ha Hoa commune. Specifically:
Item No. 1: Upgrading and renovating Lua Viet street - with a length of 586.91m; starting point (Km0) at the intersection with Au Co street, ending point at Bai Dai dam at Km0+586.91.
Item No. 2: Upgrading and renovating DH62 road - with a length of 4,622m; starting point at the gate of Gia Dien Elementary School, ending point at the border between Ha Hoa commune and Dan Thuong commune.
Item No. 3: Upgrading and renovating the intersection, drainage system - renovating the drainage system in the commune center area (Con Nhac intersection) to fundamentally solve the prolonged flooding situation at the To Huu - Con Nhac street intersection, upgrading the common drainage system for the commune center area.
The time from commencement to completion of the project item is a maximum of 360 days from the commencement.
Talking to a reporter of Lao Dong Newspaper at noon on May 30, Mr. Tran Dinh Thin - Vice Chairman of Ha Hoa Commune People's Committee - said that phase 1 of the project will solve voters' petitions for many years about flooding, degraded traffic, and ensure social security in the area.
Through the meetings, people are very supportive of the project's policy. Hopefully, during the site clearance and construction process, people will continue to support and create conditions for the items to be completed soon and put into operation" - Mr. Thin shared.
