Thinh Minh commune was established on the basis of merging the entire natural area and population of the communes: Hop Thanh, Quang Tien and Thinh Minh of the former Hoa Binh province.

According to the reporter's investigation, on May 27, the project investor issued a bidding invitation notice for the "Construction of works" package.
The above bidding package was widely bid online, with a value of more than 28.4 billion VND from the site clearance capital of the project: Investment in construction and business of Yen Quang Industrial Park infrastructure and other legal capital sources.
In the near future, after completing the contractor selection work, the construction unit will build the project with the main items including:

Grade building item: 2 floors, construction area 744.84m2, total floor area 1489.68m2 including 10 classrooms, each room is arranged with a separate adjacent functional area: Nursing and childcare area, group classroom warehouse, teacher room, toilet area, playyard; 17-compartment house.
Headquarters building item: 2 floors, construction area 232.2m2, total floor area 464.4m2; 7-compartment building; arranging functional rooms for administrative and management blocks.
Subject classroom building item: 2 floors, construction area 232.2m2, total floor area 464.4m2; 7-compartment building; arranging functional rooms: Physical education room, art education room, multi-purpose room, information technology room.
