Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee has just approved the receipt of aid to build 5 self-flowing water supply model systems for households in villages: Khong Nua, Phai Muong, Phieng Hin, Thin A, Thin B (Chieng Sinh commune) sponsored by the Vietnam Health - Culture - Education Fund (VNHELP).
The total capital for non-project implementation is more than 5.1 billion VND (equivalent to 204,746 USD), 100% of the aid value is managed and implemented by the donor.
According to the decision, the project implementation time will last until December 19, 2026. During this time, the sponsor will build a complete set of 5 new self-flowing water supply works.
The synchronously invested items include: collection tanks, sedimentation and filtration tanks, pipeline systems and direct water supply networks to households, as well as the community's common water supply area.
The sponsor directly manages and constructs according to the "Hand-to-hand key" method and hands over the final product, which is the completed project, to the locality for management and use.
