My Hao Grassroots Social Insurance has just compiled a list of 49 units evading social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance to publicize on the Social Insurance Electronic Information Portal. The amount of late payment and evasion is calculated as of July 31, 2026.
According to the list, the amount of late payment and evasion of units has a large difference. In which, Viet A Mechanical and Electrical Co., Ltd. has 43 employees, the amount of late payment and evasion of social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance is more than 7.36 billion VND. One Distribution Network Joint Stock Company has 24 employees, the amount is more than 4.06 billion VND; Thanh Long Group Joint Stock Company has 144 employees, the amount is more than 3.99 billion VND.
Some other units have late payment and evasion amounts of billions of VND such as Viet Phat Co., Ltd. more than 2.39 billion VND; Kim Loai Tam Processing Co., Ltd. more than 2.33 billion VND; Hoa Binh Trading and Technical Investment Joint Stock Company more than 1.59 billion VND; Hung Truong HY Co., Ltd. more than 1.2 billion VND.
The list also records many units with amounts of late payment and evasion of insurance from hundreds of millions of VND. In which, Construction Investment and Trading Service Co., Ltd. more than 968 million VND; Tien Nam Hung Yen Co., Ltd. more than 481 million VND; Ngoc Long Co., Ltd. more than 475 million VND; Tiem Anh Vietnam Co., Ltd. more than 401 million VND; Vietnam Technology Investment and Development Joint Stock Company more than 324 million VND.
The units on the list operate in many areas such as My Hao ward, Duong Hao ward, Thuong Hong ward and Nhu Quynh, Lac Dao, Dai Dong communes of Hung Yen province. Hoa Binh Investment Trading and Technical Joint Stock Company is located in Hoang Liet ward, Hanoi City.
According to the document of My Hao Grassroots Social Insurance, the list compilation is based on Decision No. 366/QD-BHXH dated April 29, 2026 of the Director of Vietnam Social Insurance on promulgating the process of collecting social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, issuing social insurance books, health insurance cards and implementing Notice of Conclusion No. 1102/TB-BHXH dated July 17, 2026 of the Director of Hung Yen Provincial Social Insurance at the conference summarizing the work in the first 6 months of the year and deploying tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
The list attached to the report includes the name of the unit, unit code, address, number of employees and amount of late payment, evasion of social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance as of July 31, 2026.
