From April 6 to 10, a working delegation of the Naval Academy led by Colonel Pham Duc Hung - Deputy Political Commissar of the Academy - inspected and grasped the situation of trainees doing year-end graduation internships, and surveyed the quality of training at many units.
The delegation worked at Brigade 682, Command of Naval Region 4 (Binh Kien ward, Dak Lak province); Command of Coast Guard Region 2 (Nui Thanh commune, Da Nang); Border Guard Flotilla 48; Brigade 172, Brigade 161, Regiment 351 under the Command of Naval Region 3. Participating in the delegation were representatives of the testing and quality assurance board of education and training, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Faculty of Underwater Weapons.

At the working sessions, the delegation focused on exchanging with unit leaders and commanders; assessing the working capacity of trainees graduating from 2024 to date, including subjects: Training Brigade Commanders, Brigade Logistics - Technical Heads; transferring captains, ship political officers; platoon-level officers.

The delegation directly met with former trainees to record feedback on the practicality of the training program compared to the task requirements at the grassroots unit.
At the same time, the delegation surveyed opinions through technology applications (QR code scanning), in order to collect objective data to serve education and training work.

Through actual inspection at ships and stations, the delegation recorded that trainees made efforts to overcome difficulties, quickly adapt to the new environment, and perform well in combat training and combat readiness tasks. Many trainees actively researched technical equipment, applied science and technology, and digital transformation during internships, actively participated in the movement, and were highly appreciated by the unit.
Colonel Pham Duc Hung requested trainees to promote the spirit of self-awareness and responsibility; proactively study and train; strictly comply with state laws, military discipline and regulations of the unit. Management staff and lecturers need to strengthen management, guidance, and ensure absolute safety throughout the internship process.

The inspection results are a practical basis for the Naval Academy to continue to adjust and innovate the content and teaching methods, improve the quality of training, and meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
