Inspection Team No. 3 of the Border Guard Command led by Major General Nguyen Van Thien, Deputy Commander of the Border Guard, has just concluded the comprehensive inspection of the results of border guard work tasks in the first 6 months of 2026 at the Border Guard Command of Dong Thap province, Thuong Phuoc International Border Gate Border Guard Station and Thong Binh Border Guard Station.

The inspection content is carried out in many forms such as checking dossiers and documents; assessing specialized awareness; practicing inspection, handling situations; practicing mobilization to simulated combat base areas and team regulations.

Through inspection, the working delegation recorded outstanding results in leadership, direction and organization of task implementation of units. In addition, the delegation also pointed out some limitations and shortcomings, requesting units to develop plans to overcome and improve the quality of task implementation in the coming time.

Concluding the inspection, Major General Nguyen Van Thien requested units to continue to promote the achieved results; focus on thoroughly overcoming the limitations that have been pointed out; improve the quality of advisory work, training, combat readiness, management, and protection of national sovereignty and border security.

At the same time, units need to proactively grasp and accurately forecast the situation, promptly and effectively handle arising incidents, contributing to successfully completing the border guard work tasks in 2026.
