The Internal Security Department, Lam Dong Provincial Police in coordination with Cu Jut Commune Police organized the launch of the model of propaganda, dissemination, and legal education "Villages understand the law", applying digital technology to bring legal knowledge closer to ethnic minorities.
Major General Nguyen Huu Manh, Director of the Internal Security Department, Ministry of Public Security; Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police, along with representatives of leaders of units, Party committees, local authorities, village heads and prestigious people in the area attended.
The model is built on the basis of practical surveys in Cu Jut commune - where there are more than 50,000 people, with 23 brotherly ethnic groups living together. A part of ethnic minorities, especially the elderly, are still limited in receiving legal information. Therefore, the model aims to innovate propaganda methods in an intuitive, easy-to-understand, easy-to-reach and suitable for each target group.
The focus of the model is the electronic information page buonlanghieuluat. com with the sections "Questions - Answers to Law", "Online Law Classroom", "Legal Documents" and "Contributions - Reflections". Notably, the AI integrated system supports answering laws in both common and E De languages; complex content is transferred to police officers or specialized agencies to answer. Through this, people can proactively learn about the law, send questions, petitions, reflections and interact with functional forces.
Speaking at the ceremony, Major General Nguyen Huu Manh highly appreciated the creative approach of the model, saying that applying digital technology combined with language suitable for ethnic minorities is a new and practical step, helping people understand and apply the law to life. The Director of the Department of Homeland Security emphasized that people understand the law, consciously comply with the law and actively participate in maintaining security and order is an important foundation for building a strong all-people movement to protect national security right at the grassroots level.
Colonel Nguyen Van Dung, Deputy Director of Lam Dong Provincial Police, respectfully thanked the attention and direction of the Department of Homeland Security and the coordination of units and localities in building the model. At the same time, he affirmed that the Provincial Police will continue to improve and evaluate the effectiveness of the model, study and replicate it to many communes and wards throughout the province, especially in places with many ethnic minorities, contributing to bringing the law closer to the people.
