On June 25, according to information from the Electronic Information Portal (TTĐT) of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Ethnic Minorities and Religions (DTTG) just held the 4th Conference of the Party Committee Executive Committee, summarizing the work in the first 6 months of the year and deploying key tasks for the last 6 months of 2026.
Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of DTTG Nguyen Dinh Khang chaired the conference.
At the conference, delegates focused on evaluating the results of Party building work and leading the implementation of political tasks in the first 6 months of the year; and discussed solutions to complete the goals and tasks for 2026.
According to the report, the Party Committee of the Ministry promptly thoroughly grasped and implemented the resolutions, conclusions, and directives of the Party Central Committee and the Government Party Committee; led party organizations, departments, and units to perform professional tasks according to assigned functions. Political and ideological work for cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, and laborers was effectively implemented.
Party building work continues to be implemented synchronously in all political, ideological, ethical, organizational and cadre aspects. The Party Committee of the Ministry focuses on political and ideological education; organizes the study and thorough grasp of resolutions, directives, and conclusions of the Central Government, the Politburo, the Secretariat and the Government Party Committee.
The work of consolidating the organizational structure, improving the quality of Party cell activities, developing party members, protecting internal politics, inspection and supervision has been strengthened.
In parallel with that, the Party Committee of the Ministry leads the implementation of the Action Program to implement the Resolution of the 14th Party Congress; resolutions and conclusions of the Central Government, the Politburo, the Secretariat, the National Assembly, the National Assembly Standing Committee; especially 9 specialized, breakthrough, and strategic resolutions of the Politburo along with resolutions of the Government and directions of the Prime Minister.
The Party Committee of the Ministry also focuses on implementing tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister; implementing ethnic minority programs and policies; strengthening state management of beliefs and religions; promoting the construction and completion of institutions, contributing to the effective implementation of state management functions of the Ministry of DTTG.
Concluding the meeting, Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of DTTG Nguyen Dinh Khang acknowledged the results achieved in the first 6 months of the year; requested Party committees and Party organizations at all levels to continue to promote the role of political nucleus, strengthen solidarity, and focus on completing assigned tasks.
Minister Nguyen Dinh Khang requested party cell secretaries and directly affiliated party committees to do a good job of political and ideological work; proactively grasp the situation of cadres and party members; promptly grasp the new guidelines and directions of the Central Government, the Government Party Committee and the Ministry's leaders.
Regarding professional tasks, heads of agencies and units must directly direct and assign tasks clearly, clearly, and on time; regularly inspect and urge to ensure progress and quality of work. At the same time, it is necessary to closely link Party building work with the implementation of political tasks, and include Party work results in the criteria for evaluating Party organizations and cadres and party members annually.
Secretary of the Party Committee, Minister of DTTG also assigned advisory agencies to continue to complete the training and professional development plan for Party building work for Party committees at all levels, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.
