Lang Son spreads the "Digital Education for All" movement to each community

After a year of implementation, the "Digital Education for All" movement in Lang Son has achieved many positive results, contributing to promoting comprehensive digital transformation.

After a year of implementing the "Digital People's Education" movement, with the direction of the Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People's Committee and the involvement of departments, branches, and localities, Lang Son has gradually turned the movement into a regular activity, associated with Resolution 57-NQ/TW, Project 06 and the goal of building digital government, digital economy, and digital society, according to Lang Son Provincial e-Portal.

Directing work is deployed synchronously with many plans and specific task assignment documents; at the same time, launching emulation movements and organizing seminars on science, technology, innovation, and digital transformation. Propaganda activities are promoted on many platforms.

In 2025, the Provincial Newspaper and Radio - Television will publish about 850 news and articles; the Department of Education and Training will publish more than 80 news and articles and organize live and online conferences to 22 locations with about 2,000 delegates.

In the first 6 months of 2026, the whole province posted nearly 2,000 news, articles, and videos; more than 6,400 reputable people participated in propaganda and digital skills guidance.

Digital skills dissemination work is strongly implemented at the grassroots level. In the first 6 months of 2026, the Department of Science and Technology organized 15 training classes in 15 communes, expanding to 31/65 communes and wards with more than 2,000 students; and at the same time organized an online class connecting all 65 communes and wards, attracting 7,458 students.

The content focuses on the use of smart devices, online public services, digital payments, information security and AI applications.

The province also organized 36 training classes on digital transformation, AI and digital skills for more than 10,600 trainees, ensuring that 100% of commune-level officials and civil servants have access to knowledge to serve the two-level local government model.

For cadres, civil servants, and public employees, the whole province has organized 53 training classes with over 3,000 participants; 2,100 people have completed the MOOCs online training program on "Digital Literacy". Currently, 100% of agencies and units basically use digital platforms in management and administration.

In education, 100% of high school students and university students have access to digital skills; nearly 1,500 "Digital Ambassadors" continue to spread knowledge in schools.

The whole province maintains 1,646 community digital technology groups with 9,768 members in 100% of villages and blocks; from the beginning of 2026, it has supported more than 31,700 people to install VNeID, use online public services and digital applications.

To date, 555,093/684,093 citizens aged 14 and over have been granted electronic identification, reaching 81%, contributing to promoting digital transformation in the area.
