On April 28, the Quang Tri Provincial Women's Union said that the unit has coordinated with the Quang Tri Plan Office to organize a communication training class to improve communication and leadership skills for ethnic minority women in Truong Son and Dan Hoa.
The training class takes place in 2 days (from April 28 - 29), with the participation of more than 50 officials and women's union members. The content focuses on updating modern communication trends, writing skills, storytelling, script building, filming and editing clips with phones.
Through the guidance of experts, combining theory and practice, the training class contributes to innovating communication methods in the team of officials and women's union members in village communities. Thereby, improving the effectiveness of propaganda, helping women's union members participate in social issues more proactively and effectively.
The activity is part of the project "Supporting agricultural livelihoods adapting to climate change to enhance the role of women in difficult communes" funded by the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA). Improving communication, communication and leadership skills is expected to create a foundation for effectively implementing agricultural production linkage models in the coming time.
