Participating in the contest were 51 contestants representing 28 Party organizations in the Party Committee of the Border Guard Command (BGB) of the province. This is the core force, directly deploying propaganda and political education work at the grassroots level.
The contestants went through 3 parts of the competition including: Building a presentation plan, practicing presentation, and answering questions from the judges.

The contest content closely follows the Resolution of the 14th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 12th Army Party Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels for the term 2025-2030.
At the same time, it encourages close contact with the practical tasks at agencies and units, linking theory with the practical work of managing and protecting territorial sovereignty, border security, and sea and islands.
This contest was organized by the Border Guard Command of Lam Dong province with large scale and a large number of contestants participating.
This is also a training and professional development session to raise awareness of Party committees and directly affiliated Party organizations about the position and role of oral propaganda work; skills, methods of communication and activities of the team of reporters and propagandists of Party committees and Party organizations at the grassroots level.
From there, strengthen leadership and direction, create changes in methods, improve the quality and effectiveness of oral propaganda to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation; bring speaker activities to become more in-depth and systematic.

This is also an opportunity for speakers at all levels to exchange, learn from experience, improve their qualifications, capacity, and presentation skills.
The results of the contest are an important basis for the Border Guard Command of Lam Dong province to select and train typical reporters, contributing to improving the quality of oral propaganda and bringing Party resolutions into life in units soon.

Notably, many contestants participating in the contest are young officers with development prospects. Through the exam process, comrades have the opportunity to accumulate knowledge, cultivate practical experience, as a basis for the process of training and maturity in the coming time.
At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize to Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Ba Long, Political Commissar of Dak Dam Border Guard Station.
2 second prizes were awarded to Lieutenant Colonel Pham Van Kha, Political Commissar of Bu Prang Border Gate Border Guard Station and Captain Nguyen Trung Tu, Mobile Reconnaissance Team, Professional Department.
In addition, 3 third prizes and 6 consolation prizes were awarded to contestants with high achievements at the contest.
