The Chief of Staff of Ca Mau Provincial Police presents 200 gifts on the occasion of September 2nd

To celebrate National Day September 2nd, the Staff Department of Ca Mau Provincial Police organized a gift-giving ceremony for disadvantaged students and started bridge construction in the locality.

To celebrate the 81st anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 - September 2, 2026) and the 81st anniversary of the Traditional Day of the People's Police Cipher Force (September 24, 1945 - September 24, 2026), on August 29 and 30, the General Staff Department of Ca Mau Provincial Police coordinated with units and philanthropists to organize a series of social security activities in Hiep Thanh ward and Phu My commune (Ca Mau).

On the afternoon of August 29, at Tran Quoc Toan Elementary School (Division 3), the Provincial Police Staff Department coordinated with Hiep Thanh Ward People's Committee to organize the program "Together with you to school", for disadvantaged students of Tran Quoc Toan Elementary School (Division 3) and Tran Huynh Secondary School.

These are 2 school sites with many students who are children of Khmer ethnic minorities in coastal areas. Many families are farmers or freelancers, and their lives are still difficult.

At the program, the Organizing Committee presented 200 gifts, worth a total of 100 million VND. Each gift included a backpack, school supplies, 10 notebooks, 5kg of rice, necessities, mooncakes, lanterns and candies. The delegation also presented 2 electric bicycles, worth 35 million VND, to 2 students in particularly difficult circumstances, lacking transportation to school, belonging to Tran Huynh Secondary School.

On August 30, the Provincial Police Staff Department coordinated with Phu My Commune People's Committee to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of the "Little Me Tree" bridge in Tho Mai hamlet.

Tho Mai hamlet has a dense system of rivers and canals, traffic infrastructure is still limited. Faced with the situation that old bridges are degraded and travel is difficult, the Provincial Police Staff Department has mobilized sponsors to support 187 million VND to build a new bridge. The completed project will contribute to ensuring safety for people and students and creating favorable conditions for trade.

Through activities of giving gifts, supporting students and building rural traffic bridges, the Advisory Office of Ca Mau Provincial Police concretized the "Three Firsts" emulation movement launched by the Party Committee and the Board of Directors of the Provincial Police, contributing to the implementation of social security work, mobilizing the masses and building the image of a responsible, close to the people, and serving the people People's Police soldier.
