On the occasion of the 2025 Mid-Autumn Festival, Phuoc Nguyen Pagoda, Luc Si Thanh Commune, presented 2,000 meaningful gifts to children, including moon cakes, fresh milk and many other types of candy, bringing complete and warm joy on the Day of the Union Member.
In addition to the Mid-Autumn Festival gifts, the pagoda also awarded 100 scholarships, each worth 500,000 VND with 10 notebooks, along with 52 "Love Seed" rice books, each book weighing 10 kg of rice/month, which were regularly awarded throughout the 9 school months.
These gifts not only support children going to school but are also a source of motivation for them to feel secure in their studies, nurture their dreams and strive to become talents contributing to their homeland and country.
With a total value of more than 300 million VND, the program is a message of love, showing practical care and concern for children, especially those in difficult circumstances.
This is an activity that Venerable Thich Mat Tinh - Abbot of Phuoc Nguyen Pagoda, along with Buddhists and benefactors at home and abroad have maintained regularly over the years, contributing to spreading kindness, sharing and community spirit in society.
