On August 26, information from the Department of Ethnic Minorities and Religions of Thai Nguyen province said that the whole province had completed support for 6,953 households approved for the construction and repair of houses after the merger, reaching a rate of 100%.
In addition, authorities at all levels, enterprises, social organizations and many individuals have contributed and supported 469 more households on the list, bringing the total number of households to 7,422.

This result helped Thai Nguyen province exceed the target of 106.7%, supporting ethnic minorities to improve their housing, stabilize their lives and develop the economy.
The total budget for the program reached more than 363 billion VND. Of which, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee mobilized over 184 billion VND.
The district level contributed more than 64 billion VND, the source from national target programs reached more than 65 billion VND, the provincial budget nearly 40 billion VND.
In addition, there are contributions from other capital sources to help localities proactively arrange and promptly support people to build and repair houses on schedule.

Notably, people have contributed more than 445.5 billion VND, showing proactive participation in building houses, not completely dependent on support.
In addition to financial support, more than 43,000 cadres, soldiers, union members and people have contributed over 18,350 working days from leveling land to building houses.
The newly built houses are thanks to capital and community efforts, each work helps shorten the completion time to support people to soon stabilize their housing.
Mobilizing social resources and people creates positive results, helping thousands of households have solid houses, stabilize their lives, ensure social security and develop local production.
