In addition, representatives of enterprises directly participating in the trading session such as Unico Global Co., Ltd., Pegatron Vietnam Co., Ltd., Thien An Human Resources Supply and Import-Export Joint Stock Company, IPM International Trade and Development Joint Stock Company directly advised on salary regimes, bonuses, enterprise welfare regimes, labor export programs and answered related questions for people.
The two trading sessions attracted about 200 people from the highlands to participate.
The job fair is a bridge between businesses and workers to exchange information on domestic labor recruitment and labor export. This is also an opportunity for businesses to access and recruit local available labor resources.
On this occasion, Lao Cai Provincial Employment Service Center also connected with 2 benefactory enterprises to provide support to build houses for 2 poor households in difficult circumstances in Hung Khanh commune. Each household is supported with 50 million VND.
