On March 18, the People's Committee of Tra Con commune, Tra On district held an inauguration ceremony for Pham Thi Men 3 bridge, Tra Con commune, this place is a remote commune, area 3, especially difficult socio-economic region, ethnic minority area.
This is the third bridge that Venerable Thich Chuc Quang - Tinh Dai Pho Lien, Tra Con commune mobilized Buddhists to contribute to the construction cost, with a total value of over 600 million VND.
The project is 20m long, 2m wide, and has a load capacity of 2.5 tons. The total construction cost was over 200 million VND, sponsored by Venerable Thich Chuc Quang-Tinh Pho Lien, Tra Con commune, mobilized by the family of Buddhist Vy Thi Ngoc Anh - Vung Tau city.
After more than a month of construction, the project has been completed and put into use, helping people and students travel and circulate goods conveniently and easily, promoting local economic development, helping Tra Con commune gradually complete traffic criteria in building new rural areas.
On this occasion, Venerable Thich Chuc Quang presented 150 gifts to the poor and people in difficult circumstances in the commune, each gift worth 400,000 VND including essential necessities for life supported by Bao Lem Cosmetics Company in Ho Chi Minh City.
Along with that, construction of a rural traffic bridge 30m long, 2m wide, with a cost of 250 million VND in Tuong Tin Hamlet, Thoi Hoa Commune was started by Ms. Vy Thi Ngoc Anh, Vung Tau City.
Construction of a 150m long, 3m wide concrete road from Tuong Tin Hamlet (Thoi Hoa Commune) to the Hamlet Culture House began, with a total cost of 90 million contributed by Venerable Thich Chuc Quang.
