Accordingly, Lao Cai province will receive and allocate 2,043,016 kg of rice from the national reserve issued by the State Reserve Department of Vinh Phu region to support students in the second term of the 2024-2025 school year according to Government regulations.
Based on the allocated rice, the Department of Education and Training of Lao Cai province will preside over and coordinate with relevant units and People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to organize the reception.
Then, the rice was distributed to students to ensure sufficient quantity, correct quality and the right subjects.
The implementation period is until April 25, 2025.
