Towards the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day, Venerable Thich Chuc Quang coordinated with benefactors and local authorities to present 100 gifts to policy families in Hoa Binh commune.
Each gift includes essential necessities for daily life, worth 300,000 VND, sponsored by the family of Buddhist Tran Tuyet Mai. This is a meaningful activity, demonstrating the morality of "remembering the source of water when drinking", showing gratitude to those who have sacrificed and contributed to the cause of defending the Fatherland.
Venerable Thich Chuc Quang said that although the gifts are not of great material value, they contain the deep affection and gratitude of Khu Tang, Buddhists and benefactors.
"This is also a source of encouragement for policy families to continue promoting revolutionary traditions and strive to rise up in life," the Venerable added.
