On July 23, Hoa Binh commune, Vinh Long province organized many practical activities, with profound gratitude to people with revolutionary contributions, while contributing to the construction of rural infrastructure in the locality, towards the 78th anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs Day (July 27, 1945 - July 27, 2025).
At the program, the commune presented 100 gifts to policy families in difficult circumstances. Each gift is worth 300,000 VND, thereby demonstrating the community's concern and sharing for those who have made many contributions to the cause of fighting and defending the Fatherland.
On this occasion, Hoa Binh commune organized a groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of a connecting road in Tuong Tin hamlet, with a length of 100 m, width of 3.5 m, with a total cost of 150 million VND.
At the same time, the commune also installed 30 solar light poles and started construction of Phuoc An 1 bridge, 25m long, with a total cost of 330 million VND, serving people's lives and ensuring traffic safety.
The total cost of more than 500 million VND was supported by Venerable Thich Chuc Quang and other benefactors at home and abroad.
Through practical activities, Hoa Binh commune not only spreads gratitude to policy families but also contributes to promoting the construction of new rural areas, improving people's lives and developing the local socio-economy.
