On August 12, Coast Guard Region 3 Command said that the unit and Fisheries Surveillance Flotilla No. 2 have coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union to organize the program "Warm rear affection - Steadfast heart of marine soldiers".
Participating in the program are more than 200 officials, employees, women's union members and students who are children of officials and employees of Fisheries Surveillance Team No. 2.
In the program, the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union awarded 50 scholarships to students who are children of officers and staff of Fisheries Surveillance Team No. 2 who achieved good results in the 2025 - 2026 school year; and presented 2 computers, 50 sports shirts, books, magazines and souvenirs to the Women's Union of Fisheries Surveillance Team No. 2.
On this occasion, Fisheries Surveillance Team No. 2 also organized the awarding of 25 scholarships from the "For Highland and Island Youth" Fund to students who are children of officials and employees of the unit with good academic achievements.
Representatives of Fisheries Resources Surveillance Team No. 2 thanked the concern and companionship of the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union and units; affirmed that the program has contributed to strengthening coordination between the unit and the Ho Chi Minh City Women's Union; encouraging officials and employees of the unit to feel secure in their work and successfully complete the assigned tasks.
