On August 26th, on the 14th day of the 7th lunar month of Binh Ngo, the gift-giving program "Sharing Love" on the occasion of the Vu Lan filial piety season 2026 was held in Luc Si Thanh commune.
The program was implemented by Phuoc Nguyen Pagoda in coordination with the People's Committee and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Luc Si Thanh commune, giving gifts to 320 poor and near-poor households and households in difficult circumstances in the area.
Each gift is worth nearly 400,000 VND, including cash and essential necessities. The total cost is more than 120 million VND contributed by Buddhists and charitable hearts.
This is an activity maintained annually every Vu Lan occasion, showing concern and sharing with families in difficult circumstances. The gifts contribute to encouraging people to overcome difficulties and stabilize their lives.
The activity contributes to working with local authorities to effectively implement social security work, care for people's lives, and at the same time spread the spirit of mutual affection, sharing and love in the community.
