On July 24, the Border Guard Command of Ho Chi Minh City organized a meeting with relatives of martyrs and worshipers of martyrs working in the unit, to celebrate the 79th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs' Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2026).
This is a practical activity to show gratitude to heroic martyrs, contributing to educating patriotism, the morality of "When drinking water, remember the source", "Gratitude" and showing the unit's concern for cadres and military personnel with relatives who are martyrs or are directly worshiping martyrs.
At the meeting, Colonel Do Vinh Thang - Deputy Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh City Command, Political Commissar of the Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Command - emphasized that the sacrifice of heroic martyrs has contributed to the independence and freedom of the nation, which is the foundation for today's generations to continue to build and firmly protect the Fatherland.
At the same time, expressing deep gratitude to the families of martyrs; recognizing and praising cadres and soldiers who are relatives of martyrs and worshipers of martyrs who always promote revolutionary traditions, strive to overcome difficulties, and successfully complete all assigned tasks, contributing to building a comprehensively strong Ho Chi Minh City Border Guard Command.
In a warm and meaningful atmosphere, the Border Guard Command of Ho Chi Minh City presented gratitude gifts to relatives of martyrs and people worshiping martyrs who are working in the unit. Thereby showing concern and care for families with meritorious services to the revolution; encouraging comrades to continue to promote family traditions, maintain the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
