On March 2nd, in Quang Truc border commune, Lam Dong province, Regiment 726 organized the 2026 training launching ceremony, opening the training season with a vibrant emulation atmosphere and high determination.
At the ceremony, Regiment 726 thoroughly grasped the combat training tasks for 2026, identifying training as a central political task, which is decisive in improving overall quality and combat strength.
The overarching goal is to build a comprehensively strong Regiment, ready to receive and successfully complete all tasks in the new situation.
Linking training with building strong units in terms of politics and organization, the Regiment launched the 2026 "Determined to Win" Emulation Movement; the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" emulation movement, building "Good Mass Mobilization Units"; deploying the "Skillful Mass Mobilization" model for the period 2026–2030.
At the same time, the unit launched a peak emulation campaign towards the election of National Assembly deputies of the 16th term and People's Council deputies at all levels for the 2026–2031 term; celebrating the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and the movement "All people protect national security".
Speaking to direct, Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa, Secretary of the Party Committee, Deputy Commander of Corps 16, acknowledged the outstanding results of Regiment 726 in 2025 and highly appreciated the proactive and serious spirit in the preparation for training deployment.
Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa requested to continue to thoroughly grasp the combat training orders of superiors; implement the motto "basic, practical, solid"; improve the quality of synchronous, specialized, and practical training;
closely combine military training with political education, ideological management, discipline training, and building regularity; ensure good logistics and technical work, and maintain absolute safety for people and weapons and equipment.
Regarding emulation movements, Colonel Trinh Pham Hoa emphasized that the organization must be practical, associated with central political tasks; focusing on discovering, fostering, and replicating advanced examples, creating emulation motivation from the early days of deployment.
At the ceremony, representatives of affiliated agencies and units signed emulation agreements, expressing their determination to successfully complete the goals and targets for 2026.
The launching ceremony took place solemnly and excitedly, showing the will, determination and belief of the entire unit to enter the new training season with the highest sense of responsibility, contributing to building the unit to be increasingly strong and excellently completing the assigned tasks.
On the same day, Regiment 726 organized "Military Sports Running Day" combined with "Olympic Running Day" for all people's health in 2026, creating a vibrant atmosphere in the mass sports training movement, responding to the Campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho".
The activity contributes to improving health to serve study, labor, production, construction and defense of the Fatherland; propagating and raising awareness about the role of physical education and sports in protecting and improving health, quality of life, building a healthy lifestyle and cultural environment, and consolidating the great national unity bloc.
