People's Police Culture School III (Can Tho City) announces enrollment for students belonging to policy beneficiaries and those in difficult circumstances in Can Tho, An Giang, Vinh Long, Ca Mau and Dong Thap.
Enrollment subjects include children who are biological children, legal adopted children of wounded soldiers, martyrs of the People's Police; biological children, legal adopted children of citizens recognized as martyrs in cases as prescribed; children who are children of people with meritorious services to the revolution in difficult circumstances, belonging to poor households, near-poor households or newly escaped from poverty, near-poor according to regulations.
The school also enrolls children of ethnic minorities in difficult circumstances, belonging to poor households, near-poor households; including children in special circumstances according to the provisions of the Law on Children, orphaned children in cases where they are not directly cared for and nurtured, children who have enough parents but parents do not directly care for and nurture them and do not have income or do not have housing.

The enrollment subjects also include children under Clause 1, Article 5 of Decree No. 20/2021/ND-CP dated March 15, 2021 of the Government, including children who have received monthly social assistance and children who have not received monthly social assistance; along with foreign children in the cooperation program between the Ministry of Public Security of Vietnam and other countries.
Depending on each group of subjects, the confirmation of circumstances and admission conditions is carried out by the commune-level police and the commune-level People's Committee according to regulations.
Admitted students are supported with 100% of tuition, food, boarding and other regimes according to regulations. This policy contributes to reducing economic difficulties for families, creating conditions for policy students in difficult circumstances to feel secure in studying and training.
The registration period for admission is until August 20, 2026. Parents, guardians and students eligible for admission register at the commune or ward police where they are permanently residing for guidance, condition check and completion of dossiers.
