On May 23, in Huong Xuan commune, the Provincial Youth Union, the Provincial Vietnam Youth Federation, and the Provincial Team Council organized the launching program of the Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign and responded to the Action Month for Children in 2026.
At the program, the organizers presented the project "Lighting up the border area electricity line" worth 50 million VND; presented 50 gifts to households and children of the Chut ethnic group in difficult circumstances; supported the construction of 7 youth economic models in border communes with a total resource of 210 million VND; launched a free English teaching club for children in border areas.
The total resources that Ha Tinh youth mobilized to implement activities in the program are nearly 500 million VND.

Immediately after the launching ceremony, many practical response activities took place such as: medical examination, consultation, free medicine distribution to people; deploying the "Youth Campaign Joining Hands to Universalize Digital Skills" in response to the "Digital Education for All" movement, guiding people to install and use the I-Ha Tinh application;
Awarding the youth project "Flagway of the border region"; organizing the replacement of energy-saving light bulbs, free electrical repair for households; awarding smart water purifiers; organizing swimming classes, free swimming lessons; program "I learn to sing Vi Giam with artisans"; deploying free English classes for young people.
