On July 8, in the Pho Bang (Vietnam) - Dong Can (China) opening area, units including: Pho Bang Border Guard Station (Tuyen Quang Provincial Border Guard), Tuyen Quang Provincial Police in coordination with Chau Van Son Police, Yunnan Province (China) organized a bilateral legal dissemination program.

At the program, the two sides focused on propagating the content of three legal documents on land borders between Vietnam and China. Bilateral cooperation agreements; regulations on entry and exit, import and export; crime prevention and control, illegal transportation of goods.
At the same time, guide people to improve fire prevention and fighting, rescue and handling situations arising in border areas.
At the program, the organizers distributed over 5,000 propaganda leaflets, essential items such as handbags, wipes, basins... printed with legal dissemination content.
Thereby, helping people easily access, remember and properly implement regulations in the process of passing through the Vietnam - China border area.
Through visual propaganda, combined with document distribution and direct exchange, the two sides' forces answered many contents of concern to the people.
The program aims to raise awareness of residents in border areas about complying with the provisions of law and agreements between Vietnam and China. Strengthen coordination between functional forces of the two sides in border management and protection.
