On the morning of December 2, Naval Region 4 held a launching ceremony for the "Quang Trung Campaign" to mobilize forces and means to support people in Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces to build and repair houses damaged after floods.
Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan, Commander of Naval Region 4, chaired the ceremony. Attending the campaign were leaders and commanders of agencies and units under Region 4 and forces participating in the campaign.

According to the plan, Region 4 will coordinate with the Military Commands of Khanh Hoa and Dak Lak provinces to establish 40 construction teams, each team of 1217 people. Including officers and soldiers with expertise in construction, mechanics, wood and electricity and water, along with vehicles and equipment of the unit.
The teams will survey the actual level of damage to each household; organize new construction and repair according to the level of damage; ensure stability, safety and sustainability; and support the cleaning of the environment after the flood.
The Commander of Region 4 requested units to deploy forces and means tightly and quickly, organize mobile formations to localities that suffered heavy damage to help people.
Closely coordinate with local Party committees, authorities, militia and organizations to determine the right needs, the right subjects, and not leave any households with heavy damage.
The goal of the campaign is to complete and hand over new houses to families before January 31, 2026.
Rear Admiral Nguyen Anh Tuan emphasized that this is both an urgent task and a political and emotional responsibility of the officers and soldiers of Region 4 towards the people.
Organizing the campaign not only helps people stabilize their housing but also contributes to strengthening people's trust in the armed forces and building a solid "people's heart posture" in the strategic area.
The "Quang Trung Campaign" of Region 4 is expected to contribute to quickly stabilizing people's lives in severely damaged areas, while setting an example of social responsibility, mobilizing the strength of the army and people in overcoming the consequences of natural disasters.
