On July 12, Cao Bang Provincial Police said that Lung Nam Commune Police had coordinated with Lung Nam Commune Border Guard Station to support livelihoods for reformed people returning to their localities.
Previously, on July 10, the two units donated 1 breeding sow to the family of Mr. L.V. T (born in 1993, residing in Lung Hong hamlet, Lung Nam commune). Mr. T. is currently participating in the "Community Hand" model.
The transfer of breeds is to create conditions for Mr. T. to develop animal husbandry, have more income, gradually stabilize the family economy, feel secure in working and integrate into the community.

According to Cao Bang Provincial Police, this is a practical activity showing the companionship of the Police and Border Guard forces in helping reformed people eliminate feelings of inferiority, consolidate faith and determination to rebuild their lives.
The activity also contributes to promoting the effectiveness of the "Community Hand" model, mobilizing the joint efforts of forces to support reformed people to reintegrate into society, prevent recidivism and maintain security and order right from the grassroots level.
