On May 19, Lao Cai Provincial Police said that Ban Lien Commune Police had organized the awarding of official SIM cards to disabled people and sick people in the area to support the implementation of level 2 electronic identification accounts.
The activity is implemented in response to the "Three-First" emulation movement in the Provincial Police force, and at the same time contributes to promoting administrative procedure reform, digital transformation at the grassroots level and creating conditions for people to access digital utilities more conveniently.
Accordingly, on May 18, Ban Lien Commune Police presented 10 official ID cards with a total value of about 1.5 million VND to people in difficult circumstances, people with disabilities and people with diseases in the commune.

Not only supporting phone SIMs, commune police officers also directly come to guide people to install and use electronic identification applications, support registration, activate accounts and answer related problems in the implementation process.
For many cases of elderly people, people with disabilities or weak health, accessing digital technology still faces many difficulties. Therefore, the dedicated support of the grassroots police force has helped people easily access digital utilities, serve administrative procedures and use online public services.
In addition, the Commune Police force also reviews and checks citizens' personal information to ensure that data is updated fully, accurately and synchronously on the system.
The practical activities above demonstrate the spirit of responsibility, closeness to the people, and closeness to the people of the Ban Lien Commune Police force in administrative reform, digital transformation and serving the People.
Thereby contributing to building a beautiful image of police officers in the hearts of the people, creating consensus and improving the effectiveness of electronic identification deployment in the locality.
