Respectfully celebrating the Buddha's Birthday on Buddhist calendar 2570, May 30, at Quoc An Khai Tuong Pagoda (Dong Nai City), elderly Venerable Thich Thien Nhon, Deputy Dharma Master of the Patronage Council, Chairman of the Executive Council and monks directly came and gave gifts to people in difficult circumstances in Long Phuoc commune. The total number of gifts given was 200.
This meaningful activity is carried out with the joint efforts of philanthropists and the Management Board of Quoc An Khai Tuong Pagoda, contributing to spreading the spirit of compassion, suffering relief and joy of the Buddha during the Khanh Dan season.

At the gift-giving ceremony, the eldest Venerable cordially inquired about the lives of the people, sent wishes for health, and encouraged everyone to strive to overcome difficulties and rise up in life. Each gift, although not of great material value, contains the feelings, concern and sharing of venerable monks, Buddhists and philanthropists towards those in difficult circumstances in society.
It is known that social charity work is always concerned and implemented regularly by Quoc An Khai Tuong Pagoda, especially on Buddhist holidays. Through social security programs, Buddhism continues to promote the tradition of "protecting the country and keeping the people safe", spreading values of compassion and kindness, contributing to building an increasingly better and more meaningful community.
