On March 30, information from the Nghe An Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism said that the local government had just organized the opening ceremony of the Bach Ma Temple festival in Kim Bang commune, attracting a large number of people and tourists from all over to participate.
This year's festival takes place from March 25 to 28 (ie, October 7 - 10 of the lunar calendar), with the ceremony part solemnly organized according to traditional rituals such as palanquin procession, incense offering, and worship. The festival atmosphere is both sacred and bustling with the participation of processions with national flags and ceremonial sceptres.

Bach Ma Temple is a national-level historical - architectural and artistic relic, built in the 15th century, worshiping Saint Phan Da - a general who made many contributions to the Lam Son uprising. The festival not only has spiritual meaning but also contributes to educating the tradition of "drinking water, remembering the source".
In addition to its historical value during the feudal period, the relic is also associated with many important revolutionary milestones in the locality. Over time, the temple still retains its ancient architecture with items such as tam quan, hạ điện, trung điện, thượng điện and many precious artifacts.
In 2019, the Bach Ma Temple Festival was recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage. The organization of the festival contributes to preserving and promoting heritage values, while promoting cultural and tourism development in Nghe An.
Representatives of local authorities said that in the coming time, they will continue to link relic preservation with sustainable tourism development, making Bach Ma Temple a typical cultural destination of the province.
