According to the Bac Ninh Provincial Electronic Information Portal, Le Van Thinh Temple is located on the southern slope of Thien Thai mountain, now belonging to Dong Cuu commune, Bac Ninh province.

This is a place to worship and deeply commemorate the First laureate - Grand Tutor Le Van Thinh, a typical figure with great contributions to the Ly dynasty and our country.

The temple was originally built a long time ago, it is said that after Grand Tutor Le Van Thinh passed away, the villagers built this temple to worship him.

By the Le - Nguyen dynasties, the temple was restored and expanded with a fairly large scale. By 2002, the temple was restored.

In 2010, the temple was selected as one of the key relics for restoration and was affixed with the plaque "Project to commemorate the 1000th anniversary of Thang Long Hanoi".

The temple is currently located on the middle of Thien Thai mountain, belonging to Chua hamlet, facing South, on the left is the "Thien Thu Tu" pagoda, leaning back against Thien Thai mountain, facing the inter-village road.

The relic area has Tam Quan gate, yard, garden, main temple, stone dragon shield house, Tam Bao pagoda, ancestral house, and monk house.

The temple gate is built with two layers of roof, below there are 3 arched rolling doors, 2 small closed doors, above the head of the match are four small roofs plastered with tiles. In front of the gate is a system of stone-paved steps with 2 resting beams, with decorative flower walls on both sides.

Currently, the temple has a structure in the style of the word Dinh, and also preserves many typical artifacts such as: Stone stele "Thai Su Tu Bi Ky" of the Le Dynasty (1612); tablet "Le Thai Su Dai Vuong" of the Le Dynasty; throne of the Le Dynasty; incense bowl of the Le Dynasty; statue of Thai Su Le Van Thinh (XX century); stone flag of the Le Dynasty; stone dragon statue of the Le Dynasty.

Le Van Thinh Temple is famous among the people for the Thap Dinh festival. The tradition of the Thap Dinh festival is the festival of 10 villages worshiping Le Van Thinh, located around Thien Thai mountain and along the Duong River bank.

In the past, to organize the Thap Dinh festival, dignitaries of 10 villages from within the year had to meet to agree on the work of the festival.

Bao Thap village has a temple to worship Le Van Thinh, honored as "Dinh Ca", with the responsibility of organizing and worshiping rituals to welcome visitors.

Since 2014, the Thap Dinh festival has been held annually, but only a few villages organize processions, the rest are concentrated at Dinh Ca to worship (only in the main festival years processions of all 10 villages are held).
