70th Anniversary of Hai Phong City Liberation Day Ceremony
The opening ceremony and art program of the Red Phuong Flower Festival is scheduled to take place from 8:10 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on May 13, with a parade through the Tran Hung Dao - City Theater - Hong Bang - Quang Trung - statue of female general Le Chan - Tran Phu (about 2 km long).
On the evening of May 13, Hai Phong organized fireworks displays at 6 locations, including 3 high-altitude locations: Bac Song Cam Political - Administrative Center Square, Ho An Bien, Vinhomes Vu Yen; and 3 low-altitude locations: the yard behind the City Theater, Duong Kinh District Administrative Center, Tien Lang District Stadium.
The fireworks display lasts 15 minutes, expected to end 15 minutes before the art program ends.
