The 2025 International Food Culture Festival is organized by the diplomatic Service Department, Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the theme "Trip of Flavours - A journey of flavor across five continents".
On a larger scale than every year, the 2025 International Food Culture Festival has become a symbol of culinary culture exchange, the spirit of international friendship, sharing, and solidarity.
This year's festival has the participation of 128 booths from 50 embassies, 20 local foreign affairs agencies, 8 units under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, enterprises and many international organizations.

The event was vibrant with a culinary performance "Borderless Culinary Scapes", experiencing "Table trip to the five continents", promoting "Vietnamese Flavors" and many other interesting activities.
The Organizing Committee estimates that nearly 20,000 visitors will come to visit and enjoy diverse and typical dishes from many countries prepared and sold in the common space of the festival.
Ms. Le Nguyet Anh - wife of Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung highly appreciated the core human values that festivals always aim for, helping culture and cuisine become a heart-bending bond, so that each sharing can overcome geographical distance and borders.

Each stall, each dish, each cultural story told through flavor contributes to lighting up the bridges connecting - where national values meet, where understanding flourishes and where friendship between Vietnam and international friends is nurtured by sincerity and compassion.
This year's program still has a special meaning when it was held on the occasion of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day, November 23. This is a moment for us to contemplate and honor the diverse beauty of the cultures of countries - where each flavor not only reminds us of our homeland but also tells stories about the history, customs, art and soul of each nation. A journey of flavor is a journey of memory, of emotion and of mutual understanding" - Ms. Le Nguyet Anh expressed.
At the same time, the wife of Minister of Foreign Affairs Le Hoai Trung also sent her condolences and warm condolences on behalf of the organizing committee to the localities, families, and people of Vietnam who are suffering heavy losses due to natural disasters and floods.

The Organizing Committee will send to some localities that have suffered natural disasters and floods such as Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang, Ha Tinh, Hue City... all the fees contributed to this festival.
At the event, Chinese Ambassador to Vietnam He Wei expressed his condolences to the Government and people of Vietnam for the heavy damage caused by the storm and flood.
The Chinese government has decided to provide a cash support of 500,000 USD and Chinese enterprises in Vietnam will continue to contribute through many different forms of support to localities and people affected by natural disasters and floods.
Ms. Ha Thi Nga - Member of the Party Central Committee, Vice Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front acknowledged that the 2025 International Food Culture Festival is a space to honor cultural and culinary diversity. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to express our thoughts to the people who are heavily affected by storms and floods in the Central, South Central and Central Highlands regions.

On behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, we call for the promotion of the spirit of humanity and joining hands to support people in flooded areas. Whether it is a financial or material contribution, whether big or small, each heart is an invaluable source of encouragement to help people overcome difficulties to soon stabilize their lives.
Natural disasters can sweep away property, but cannot sweep away humanity. When truly enjoying the special flavors from international friends, I hope that we also send warm shares, because the dish nourishes the body, and the kindness nourishes the soul, Ms. Ha Thi Nga emphasized.
