The "2025 Shopping Festival" is part of a series of Trade Promotion Programs in Hanoi held from December 25 to 28 at the Culture - Information and Sports Center, Cao Lo Street, Dong Anh Commune.
The program is directed by the Department of Industry and Trade, in coordination with the People's Committee of Dong Anh commune to help stimulate and stabilize the market, increase the promotion of manufactured products in Vietnam, and ensure that people in the capital have access to quality goods at reasonable prices.
With a scale of 120 standard booths and spaces including: Area for displaying and introducing typical products, product demonstration; Area for introducing regional culinary culture, Area for trade and connecting distributors and sideline activities, the Fair attracts the participation of nearly 110 businesses from 14 provinces and cities.

Products from traditional craft villages are also introduced to the public including: Huong Quang Phu Cau, Chuong village hats, Son Mai paintings, men's ham paintings...), food (Hanoi green rice, Ba Ngoai cold snail noodles, kitchen pork, Ba Lang fish sauce, Thanh Hoa yogurt spring rolls, Tay Ninh rice cake...), textiles (Black reflection, Thai Nguyen...) tea, footwear (long coat, complet veston, shirt, t-shirt), or fashion accessories (shoes, glasses, sunglasses...).
This year's program brings together many prestigious enterprises and brands in the fields of production, trade and services; diversifying essential goods, consumer goods, high-quality Vietnamese goods, and local typical products. Through that, the program not only promotes the circulation of goods but also contributes to honoring the value of Vietnamese goods, encouraging Vietnamese people to prioritize using Vietnamese goods.
An important highlight of this year's festival is the space of regional culinary culture and traditional craft village cuisine. This is where the quintessence of Vietnamese cuisine converges - dishes associated with rural memories, with the skillful hands of culinary artisans and the identity of the land.

Visitors can find Hanoi's delicious gifts such as green rice, cold snail noodles, to dishes with rich mountain and forest flavors such as kitchen pork; from the salty and salty taste of traditional fish sauce to the sophistication of each rice cake, nem chua or specialty sweet soups and teas.
Craft village cuisine contains cultural depth, reflecting the way Vietnamese people preserve, refine and create over time. Many dishes appearing at the festival are the crystallization of the craft villages hundreds of years old, where each family is a "career keeper", each product is a mark of generations.
