The event is chaired by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Gia Lai province, in coordination with relevant agencies, units, and localities. The festival aims to promote the image of Gia Lai as a destination rich in cultural and culinary identity. The event contributes to stimulating tourism demand in 2026, preserving and promoting the unique culinary values of the locality.
The opening ceremony of Gia Lai Cuisine Festival 2026 is expected to take place on the evening of March 27 (from 6 pm to 7 pm) at Nguyen Tat Thanh Square. Prior to that, the culinary performance program will start from 5 pm to serve people and tourists.

The space to introduce cuisine and OCOP products of Gia Lai province and localities and units is expected to take place from March 27 to 29, with a scale of 51 booths, arranged in 5 areas.
In which, the culinary area inside and outside the province (possibly with international booths) accounts for 28 booths; the OCOP product display area of localities in the province has 20 booths; the tourism promotion area includes 2 booths. In addition, there is also the area of the Organizing Committee, health and the area for arranging tables and chairs to serve the dining needs of people and tourists.
Within the framework of Gia Lai Cuisine Festival 2026, a cultural and lively program will take place from 7 pm to 9 pm on March 29, contributing to creating a vibrant atmosphere for the event.
This is also an opportunity for businesses, food service establishments, restaurants, and hotels to exchange experiences, improve service quality and develop business activities in the culinary field.
