This year's festival gathers more than 50 units, including hotels, resorts, restaurants, introducing more than 500 typical dishes. The space is divided into 10 culinary journeys from the Northwest, Central, and South, to island cuisine, Vietnamese rice cuisine and vegetarian cuisine.
In addition, the "Frontierless Cuisine" area has the participation of international partners, introducing the culinary quintessence of countries.




In addition to the culinary space, the event also organizes traditional art performances such as: Cham dance, Bai Choi singing, Hue folk songs, Don ca tai tu, Central Highlands gongs, Xoe dance....
The traditional craft village area is also recreated, where visitors can watch artisans perform folk cake making, knitting conical hats, making pottery, wrapping Tet cakes....
Visiting for the first time, Mr. Dang Quoc Bao (Phuoc Long ward, Ho Chi Minh City) said: "The festival has a vibrant atmosphere. Many booths with delicious dishes typical of regions help people have new experiences.
The festival is open to visitors from 3 pm to 10 pm every day, lasting until the end of March 29.
In 2025, this event attracted more than 70,000 visitors. This is also a culinary event in Vietnam awarded the "Best Culinary Festival in Asia" award by the World Culinary Awards organization for 4 consecutive years (2022 - 2025) and "Best Culinary Festival in the World" for 3 consecutive years (2023 - 2025).
