On March 25, in Tuy Hoa ward, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the province organized a training conference to deploy the 2026 Tourism Development Plan for localities, units and businesses in the Eastern region.
The conference aims to equip knowledge, skills, support tools, improve management efficiency, promote and develop tourism in the context of digital transformation.
Speaking at the opening, Mr. Nguyen Le Vu - Deputy Director of the Department emphasized the orientation of tourism development in depth, associated with preserving and promoting cultural values; improving product quality and building a tourism brand.
Solutions such as building databases, digital tourism maps, the "Culinary Passport" program and communication products are expected to contribute to improving management and promotion efficiency.

At the conference, representatives of the Department presented the key contents of the 2026 plan, which focused on applying digital technology in promoting and managing destinations, improving tourist experiences; developing unique products, strengthening regional linkages and attracting investment.
The conference also introduced the Dak Lak Tourism Handbook and presented promotional videos, contributing to spreading the image of the land and local people.
Notably, the "Dak Lak Provincial Culinary Passport" program was launched to honor local cuisine, encourage tourists to experience, and build a culinary tourism brand.
Delegates were also instructed on how to use the database system and digital tourism map software of Dak Lak.
