Ms. Nguyen Thi Vi (Dong Da, Hanoi) - owner of Pho Ga Ta restaurant said: "I use only local chicken to cook pho because the chicken meat is chewy, soft, fragrant and sweet. The broth of pho ga only uses a little MSG because the broth is simmered from chicken bones combined with about 30kg of pork bones, so it has a natural sweetness. I sell products based on quality and the heart of the profession, so I am always careful in choosing ingredients."
On average, the restaurant sells 60kg of pho cakes every day and uses about 25 chickens to cook pho for customers. The broth is simmered from 5am today to 5am the next day, maintaining a certain clarity.
Mr. Bui Anh Van (Dong Da, Hanoi) often comes to enjoy pho at the restaurant.
“My house is around here so I often stop by the restaurant to eat pho. I think the delicious chicken pho is due to the quality of the chicken, the pieces of meat are chewy, the chicken skin retains its crispness. The naturally sweet pho broth is very tasty,” said Mr. Van.
Mr. Tran Minh Duc (Cau Giay, Hanoi) was impressed by the quality of the chicken in the restaurant's chicken pho bowl.
“I ordered a bowl of mixed chicken pho and found the best part of the pho bowl was the chicken, the chicken pieces were very chewy and sweet. The soft pho noodles combined with the light broth, served with a plate of fried dough sticks was perfect” - said Mr. Minh Duc.
The restaurant sells a variety of chicken pho such as chicken breast pho, mixed chicken pho, chopped chicken thigh pho... The price of pho at the restaurant ranges from 50,000 - 120,000 VND/bowl. In addition to chicken pho, the restaurant also serves chicken vermicelli, chicken salad and whole chicken.
