It is expected that tonight and tomorrow morning, Typhoon No. 3 Wipha will cross the sea northeast of Luzon Island to enter the North East Sea.

It is forecasted that by 1:00 p.m. on July 20, the storm will move in a West-Northwest direction, about 20km/h and is likely to strengthen. The center of the storm is located at about 21.4 degrees North latitude - 114.7 degrees East longitude, about 490 km east of the Lusi Peninsula (China).

From the next 72 to 120 hours, the storm will move mainly in the West direction, traveling 10-15km per hour and gradually weakening. 4
