The strongest wind near the storm center is level 17, gusting over level 17. Natural disaster risk level: Level 4 for the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea.
Due to the influence of super typhoon Ragasa - storm No. 9 in the East Sea, the northeastern sea of the East Sea will have winds gradually increasing to level 8-9, then increasing to level 10-14.
The area near the center of the super typhoon passed through level 15-17, gusting above level 17, waves above 10.0m high, the sea was very rough.
