In the South of Lao Cai, Son La, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen provinces, the North of Phu Tho province, Hai Phong City and Bac Ninh, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, common rainfall of 40-70mm, locally over 150mm.
