From the afternoon of August 19 to August 20, southern Quang Tri to Hue City will have moderate to heavy rain, common rainfall of 40-70mm, locally over 120mm. Warning of the risk of heavy rain with intensity over 100mm in 3 hours.

In the evening and night of August 18, the Central Highlands and Southern regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, rainfall of 15-30mm, locally over 70mm. Tourists need to be wary of tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

From the night of August 20, rain in the North tends to gradually decrease. Meanwhile, from the night of August 20 to August 21, the area from Thanh Hoa to North Quang Tri continues to have moderate to heavy rain, common rainfall of 40-90mm, locally over 150mm.
