It is forecasted that by 4:00 p.m. on September 23, super typhoon Ragasa will move in a West-Northwest direction at a speed of 20-25 km/h, entering the East Sea and officially becoming storm No. 9. The center of the storm is at about 20.7°N - 116.8°E, in the northeastern sea area of the North East Sea.
